Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Ned started dancing at the age of 5, and has trained extensively in all areas of dance.
Ned studied full time dance with APO Arts Academy & Patrick Studios Australia , where he completed his Advanced Diploma in Fine Arts & Performing Arts Degrees as well as studying full time ballet under Brian Nolan.
Ned was offered his first professional contract with Norwegian Cruise Lines & since then has been a principal dancer for Opera Australia nationally over many contracts; Julie Tamor’s ‘The Magic Flute’ , ‘The Love For Three Oranges’ , premiere of ‘Turandot’ (Dance Captain) and the touring season of Graeme Murphy’s ‘The Merry Widow’ . He then decided to move across to musical theatre breaking in with ‘Bring It On’ The Musical as ensemble/ cheerleader in 2018 and toured with the show to selected Australian cities into 2019. He recently starred as ‘The Bull’ in the dance show ‘Matador’ and played the lead role of Johnny Castle In ‘Dirty Dancing The Immersive Experience’ .
